Bob Deaver, P. Eng.
35 years of mechanical engineering, project & construction management applied to transportation and bulk materials handling systems. Experience includes conveyors, crushers, shiploaders, rotary breakers, port and transportation facilities.
Chris Holmes
35 years of construction experience, beginning as an ironworker and progressing to general foreman and field superintendant. Most recent 10 years as a field Technical Advisor for the fabrication, construction and commissioning of conveyors, shiploaders and crushing plants.
Eldon Cottingham, P. Eng.
20 years of experience in design, engineering and project management for materials handling systems, vehicles and custom machinery. Experience includes belt conveyor systems from 200 to 11,000 t/h.
Grant Halford, P. Eng.
20 years of mechanical engineering and project management applied to the maintenance and project execution of materials handling systems. Experience includes project management and project engineering for execution of materials handling projects exceeding $100M.
James Cameron
30 years of experience in the layout, detail design and drafting of industrial structures and materials handling systems. Past experience includes conveying systems, feeders & hoppers for many bulk materials.
Jason Wyman, P. Eng.
7 years engineering and project experience with materials handling systems. Recent experience includes project and field engineering for mine conveyor systems, engineering for a modular materials handling plant and studies for upcoming materials handling and tailings projects.
Leigh Szczypiorkowski
10 years experience in office administration prior to evolution into procurement and document control. Recent experience includes management of the procurement and document control process for a $20 million oil sands materials handling and process facility.
Rob Agnew
19 years of business, human resource, and management experience in unrelated industries, providing ZJ a unique perspective on our business since joining and taking responsibility as our Controller.
Robbi Dowling
5 years experience in quality control and welding inspection as well as completing a mechanical design diploma prior to joining the ZJ team. Recent experiences include design lead for 3500 t/h truss mounted belt conveyors with travelling trippers.
Robert Schwetzke
8 years of design engineering for major structures. Experienced in the design, fabrication and erection of large structural surge facilities, apron feeders, conveying systems and modular plants. Recent experience includes detail engineering for a 6000 t/h surge facility.
Vladimir Samardzic, P. Eng.
20 years experience in the Civil, Structural, and Architectural Engineering disciplines, including many years acting as a senior structural engineer with major consulting companies. Experiences include leading civil/structural engineering for an oil sands ore preparation plant, and many industrial foundations and structures.
